You may release, monetize, and sell music using GRAUX guitars with no royalties owed until your recording reaches 1,000,000 cumulative streams across all digital streaming platforms (including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and similar services).
Cumulative streams refer to the total number of streams of a single recording across all platforms combined.
If your recording exceeds 1,000,000 cumulative streams, a commercial participation agreement with GRAUX will be required for continued monetization.
This requirement applies prospectively. No retroactive royalties apply.
